We searched on the Internet and found two dealerships in DeKalb that had vehicles we were interested in looking at and purchasing. We made the 2-hour drive and stopped at Tom Sparks first, and were impressed by what we saw on the lot. The vehicles were immaculate! Before making a final decision though we decided that we had to go to the other dealership and have a look. We drove to the "super" store and had an interesting experience. Looking at one of the vehicles (in the front of the lot) from the outside we noticed that the interior looked filthy and the center console looked really scratched. When we opened the vehicle we found that it had not been vacuumed in perhaps its entire life. It had pretzels and assorted crackers on the floor and in one of the drink holders. We also found toy handcuffs and darts. The grand finale was when my husband tried to start the vehicle and it wouldn't start, supposedly because it was out of gas. Needless to say we went back to Tom Sparks and purchased a lovely, clean, very reasonably priced vehicle. Thank you!!
The next time youre in St Paul, Minnesota and need a couple of clowns we recommend Half Pint and Oscar!

Im glad you wrote, I have been trying to get in to thank you for once again making it a pleasure to go out and find a car. I am VERY!! happy with the two vehicles I bought from Tom Sparks. My wife loves the Le Sabre, it gets great gas mileage. We filled it last week and we got 26 miles to the gallon. You can't beat that. The truck runs real strong and rides very comfortably. Tim I want you to know I like dealing with you on price. This is the second time I have worked with you. Both times we were done with the trade-in and price part of the transaction 15-20 min. after I found what I wanted. You don't find that any where else. I used to be a loyal customer of that no haggle car company. But they could not beat the price, and quality of the 2003 Buick rendezvous I purchased from TomSparks.com. I searched the New Orleans and surrounding areas in vain for more than six Months in hope of finding a clean low mileage Buick Regal GS or GSE. I began to search the web and noticed that there were a large number of these cars available in the northern area of the United States. When I came across The Tom Sparks website, there was the vehicle I wanted. With this discovery came a large amount of apprehension in thinking of purchasing a vehicle seen only on the web. After a couple of conversations with Tim, I was prepared to travel 933 miles to buy the car.

The manner in which automobiles are displayed on the Tom Sparks Buick website is excellent and was also a contributing factor. When I walked into the dealership and met the staff, my first thought was that these are "Good Folks." The staff is friendly, helpful and made it a pleasant experience in buying the vehicle.

The 933-mile drive back to New Orleans was absolutely fun. The vehicle performed flawlessly and received more then it's share of stares. Upon seeing the car my wife wanted to know if Tom had one in silver. Don't be surprised to see me back at the dealership to buy a silver GS.

I am happy with my purchase and will recommend Tom Sparks Buick to my friends. While Dekalb is not next-door, it is definitely worth the trip.

Does the trip from New Orleans make me #1 in the distance category? ;-)

It was easy to write because it is the truth. Today alone six people at my worksite visited the Tom Sparks website. All were impressed with what they saw. Upon my return to New Orleans last Friday, I drove my wife over to the local Buick dealership to pickup her car from the service department. The salesman that attempted to locate a GS for me was floored when I pointed to my shiny GSE in the parking lot.

No, I am not playing with you at all. My wife loves the car and wants a silver one. While I am unable to move on the GS you currently have, I fully intend to contact you in the next three or four months to have you find my wife's GS. Actually she likes the rear spoiler on the GSE. If you should come across a silver GS or GSE prior to me contacting you and are compelled to use adjectives like excellent or flawless when describing the condition of the vehicle, please let me know immediately. I will have to find a way to fit it into our budget.

Hi Tim and all,

The trip back to New Jersey was very smooth. Other than a lot of road construction all the way across Ohio, the trip was very pleasant. I arrived at 9:10 AM EDT this morning for a travel time of just over 16 hours (not including a little over 4 hours of sleep along the way).

Going across Ohio, I thought I would get home by 6:00 or 6:30 and go turkey hunting, but the road construction slowed me down and I stopped for a nap in Pennsylvania. There were so many animals along the road; I did not feel that I was alert enough to watch for them. At the Pennsylvania Welcome Area there was a 550-pound stuffed bear killed by a Porsche, which was totaled. So about an hour later I decided to sleep a little to be more alert. Not 10 miles after I started again 4 deer crossed in front of the car about 200 yards in front of me and I just missed one at about 75 mph.

Tim, I think you have the new record. The trip odometer reads 1027.8 miles in my driveway. The truck was excellent all the way. Thanks for your assistance in completing the deal.

Once my wife, Sherry, and I heard that we were to have triplets, we knew that a minivan was the only choice for us. What we did not know was how to find the best one.
